New Enrollment & Transfer Students
It is our goal to make your transition as quick and smooth as possible. In order for that to happen, please understand that the enrollment process can take a few days as we have to request records from the school your student is transferring out of. **Please do not drop your student off expecting them to start school if we have not reached out to schedule an enrollment appointment.
Here is a quick overview of the enrollment process:
Complete the new student online enrollment (Purple links below)
Upload proof of residency documentation (Step 5 of the online enrollment)
BHS will request records from the school your student is transferring out of
BHS will contact you to set up an enrollment appointment
Your student will start school the next day
You will need to provide the following documentation:
TWO (2) documents proving residency - We MUST be able to see your name, address, and current date.
Property Tax Receipt
Utility Bill - Most Current
Medical Insurance Card
Bank or credit card statement
Insurance policy or bill
Lease Agreement or Mortgage Statement
Birth Certificate
9th Grade Physical
Current Immunization Records
Temporary or Court Ordered Custody Documents (if you are not the mother or father enrolling the student)
IEP or 504 documentation (if you have one)
