The Penny War is now until Friday, March 1st. The house that collects the most pennies (measured by weight) will earn our House Community Service Challenge Trophy and TEN house points! Due to the ongoing extreme temperatures, all District 87 schools will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 16. However, we're not letting the cold🥶 disrupt our learning! Please enter through the playground doors as these will be the ONLY doors open tonight.

Winter Wonderland Spirt Week

Thanks to all our great families who help out by donating to our Home Sweet Home Ministries food drive. IT WAS A GREAT SUCCESS!
BLACK house lead in 1st place with GREEN house in 2nd, BLUE house in 3rd, followed by RED house. The kids had so much fun with this competitive competition and showed such great sportsmanship!

Today your students will be coming home with a treat bag that was provided with candy that was donated to be used for trunk or treat. The candy in the treat bags MAY HAVE BEEN MADE in a factory where PEANUTS are also contained. Irving teachers and staff hopes everyone has a safe and happy Halloween, and stay warm out there!

Just a reminder that today is Halloween, and while we encourage you students to enjoy dressing up for spirit week, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO COSTUME WEARING ALLOWED! Today is orange and black day or your best Halloween inspired clothing. Everyone have a safe and happy Halloween 🎃
