School Meals
Breakfast and Lunch Information
View the digital school breakfast/lunch menu here.
In place of the main entree, students in grades 1-5 may choose a salad, yogurt & string cheese, meat sandwich, or grilled cheese each day. Kindergarten students may choose the main entree, grilled cheese sandwich, sunbutter sandwich, or yogurt with string cheese. Students are allowed to bring a home lunch everyday.
Parents are welcome to have lunch with students on occassion. If you plan to have the school lunch, please call that morning no later than 9:30 to be added to the lunch count; this helps ensure we have an adequate supply for students. Visitors should sign in at the office and get a visitor tag before heading to the cafeteria.
Pay Online - You will need your child's five digit ID number to set up an account. There will be a transaction fee for each online payment. Please call the office if you or your child do not know your child's ID number.
Free and Reduced Application forms are available online. Paper forms are available in the school office beginning in August.

Several students in our school have serious peanut allergies. To make Oakland School as safe as possible for our children, peanut products are not served in the cafeteria. We also request students not bring peanut products to school. This is, of course, a choice. If a student does come to school with a peanut product, they sit at a table designated for this purpose (with other students). We ask parents of kindergarten and first grade student to please mark your child's lunch if a peanut product is present. If you have questions about our allergy policy, please contact our principal, Mr. David LaFrance.
