Students entering PreK, Kindergarten, 6th, 9th, and 12th grade are required to submit proof of a health exam and/or receipt of vaccines; if these are not submitted by the first day of school, the student cannot attend until the required forms are turned in (first-day exclusion).

New students to the district will also have to submit proof of a health exam and receipt of vaccines, and students who play a school sport will need a new sports physical each year.
