Regarding enrollment:

Please visit www.k12specialmarkets.com to obtain full details on the available coverages, benefits, and premiums as well as how to enroll your student(s) using a credit or debit card.  Parents/Guardians also have the option of printing out an enrollment form and sending it in with a check or money order.  Claim forms are also available on the website. There is no deadline for enrollment; however, coverage will not respond to incidents that occurred before enrollment.
