D87 would like to extend a warm welcome to Lee Plourde, who will be completing her school social work internship this year at BHS! 🎉 Last year Lee was working at Project Oz as a Homeless Youth Specialist while completing her Bachelor of Social Work. Lee is excited to be completing her internship in D87 because of all the great things she heard about the district through word of mouth, as well as standing by D87’s mission to challenge, support, and inspire students. This year Lee is looking forward to connecting with and helping students, and learning & growing both as a person and in her career. Welcome Lee - we are happy to have you! 😊
Fun Facts: Lee is an identical twin! 👯♀️ In her free time Lee enjoys hiking 🥾, road trips 🚗, working out 💪, and hanging with her cat, Kevin. 🐱

Lee está emocionada de completar su pasantía en el D87 debido a todas las cosas maravillosas que escuchó sobre el distrito a través del boca a boca, además de apoyar la misión del D87 de desafiar, apoyar e inspirar a los estudiantes.
