🌟🌟We would like to welcome Lexi Timejardine to the BJHS and the D87 family as our new Social Work Intern! Lexi brings her passion, expertise, and a caring heart, is an ISU graduate with a Bachelor's of Social Work and worked as a Case Manager for the YWCA McLean Labyrinth House while starting her graduate program. Lexi's path to us was guided by her search for a school district that values diversity and inclusivity, making D87 the perfect fit. We're thrilled that our commitment to creating a welcoming environment resonated with her, and we can't wait to see the positive impact she will have on our students. This academic year, Lexi is eager to provide the necessary support to help our students excel both academically and personally. At the core of her approach is the goal to build meaningful, trusting relationships with students. When Lexi isn't dedicating her time to student wellbeing, she enjoys participating in community theater and gardening—showcasing her well-rounded character and dedication to community involvement.🌱 Welcome to D87 and BJHS, Lexi!
