If you are a parent, grandparent or adult that would like to volunteer at Washington Elementary School you must complete the back ground check forms under the link below.

You must include your social security number on the forms when submitting them.  Please allow at least 7 business days for the approval to come back you MUST be cleared before chaperoning or volunteering for certain events.
